Mike Gilbert has a diverse background in web development, graphic design, and art direction. Mike started their career as a Graphic Designer at Go Welsh in 2004, where they gained experience in executing online and print campaigns that received recognition and awards. In 2005, they joined Lax.com as an Art Director, handling web design, HTML emails, video production, and apparel design. Mike then joined Inside Lacrosse in 2010 as a Graphic Designer, taking on responsibilities for designing the magazine and coordinating graphic design projects for online marketing campaigns and events. Mike eventually transitioned to a Web Developer role in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Web Developer in 2014 at Inside Lacrosse.

Mike Gilbert attended the University of Lynchburg from 1999 to 2001, although no degree or field of study is specified. Mike later enrolled at York College of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
