Suzanna Koning has a diverse work experience in various executive roles. Suzanna is currently the CEO and Chair of the Board at InShared, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Supervisory Board Member at ROC van Amsterdam starting in June 2022. Suzanna also has experience as an Advisory Board Member at Brandsolo, a B2B SAAS platform that monitors and protects brands online. In addition, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Bits of Stock™, a Stock Rewards App/Platform aimed at building the Ownership Economy. Before that, they worked as an Interim CEO at JBR Interim Executives, a specialist in interim executive services.

Earlier in their career, Suzanna held prominent positions at NU.nl, where they served as the CEO and Publisher, overseeing the largest online news platform in the Netherlands. Suzanna was also a Board Member and Director of News & Data at Sanoma, a major media company that was later acquired by DPG Media. At Sanoma, they were responsible for various departments and brands, including NU.nl. Additionally, Suzanna served as a Board Member at NDP Nieuwsmedia, a trade association for news companies in the Netherlands.

Prior to their roles in the media industry, Suzanna worked as the Global Strategy & President North America at BrandLoyalty, where they were part of the top 10 company executives. Suzanna also held the position of Global Director Loyalty & Insight at Marks & Spencer, where they led global departments and was responsible for customer loyalty and marketing strategy.

Throughout their career, Suzanna has demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategy development, business development, sales, and marketing.

Suzanna Koning has a Master's Degree in Economics (MSc / Drs.) from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Suzanna also holds a Master's Degree in Law (MSc / Mr.) from the same university. In addition, they have attended leadership and executive courses at Management Development & Training.
