Valerie Demay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, entrepreneurship, and marketing. Currently serving as LaunchPad Program Manager at INSEAD since March 2021, Valerie leads initiatives in a globally recognized business school environment. Previously, as the Director of an entrepreneurship program at CarStudio, Valerie designed incubation programs and mentored projects across several European countries. Valerie founded Bagshare, an innovative platform connecting travelers with local NGOs, and gained extensive mentorship experience through numerous programs focused on social entrepreneurship. Valerie's early career included roles in account management and brand strategy at prominent firms such as Young & Rubicam and PSA Peugeot Citroën. Valerie holds multiple degrees in international business and commerce, complemented by professional training in digital marketing and graphic design.
