Novie Phang is a Senior Software Engineer at INSCALE, specializing in backend development with expertise in .NET and Java, contributing to the digital solutions for Danica Pension, Danske Bank since April 2023. As General Manager of Klicker Sdn Bhd since December 2017, Novie oversees the incubation of e-commerce and event management products, previously serving as Director of Operations.
