Egor Letov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and technological partnerships. Currently serving as the Head of Technological Partnerships at INSART since April 2021, Egor previously worked at SoftServe from March 2015 to February 2021 as a Client Success Manager, where responsibilities included customer onboarding, feedback analysis, account management, and advocacy initiatives. Prior to SoftServe, Egor was an Account Manager at GlobalLogic from May 2006 to January 2015, managing client relationships and addressing various operational challenges, and also held the position of Presales Analyst there. Egor holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, completing studies in 2006.
