Roel Naessens is currently the Director Business Development - Europe at Inrupt, where Roel works with Sir Tim Berners-Lee and their team to help realize the vision of the decentralized web. Prior to their current role, Roel held various positions at Salesforce, including VP Marketing and Commerce Cloud - Belux. With a background in a variety of industries and a strong focus on partnerships and business development, Roel has also been involved in companies such as Colruyt Group and Google, where Roel led industry and specialist teams. Roel holds a Master's degree in Economics & Management from Antwerp Management School.
