Scott Sedlik has an extensive work experience spanning various positions and industries. Scott started their career as a Group Product Manager at Reference Software International in 1987. Scott then worked at Corbis as a Business Development Manager and later as the Manager of Worldwide Marketing & PR, where they played a crucial role in driving the company's revenue and creating strategic partnerships with major industry players.
In 1996, Sedlik joined iCat Corporation as a Vice-President of Marketing and Director of Product & Brand Marketing. Scott was responsible for product marketing, management, channel marketing, and business development. During their tenure, the company was acquired by Intel.
In 1999, Sedlik briefly worked at InfoMove as the Vice-President of Marketing, a platform for internet services in the automotive industry. Scott then joined BSQUARE in 2000 as the Vice-President of Marketing & Product Management. Scott was part of the executive turn-around team and joined through the acquisition of an internet appliance company.
From 2005 to 2009, Sedlik served as the Vice President of Marketing at INRIX, where they played a key role in global expansion, product planning, and market development for connected car, smart cities, and enterprise businesses. Scott then became the Vice President of Product Planning & Market Development, overseeing strategic market development initiatives and go-to-market strategies for the company's global expansion.
In 2015, Sedlik was promoted to the role of General Manager & Vice President, EMEA at INRIX. Scott further advanced to the role of General Manager, Global Public Sector & Vice President, EMEA from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Sedlik holds the position of Senior Vice President, leading global sales and business operations for INRIX's public sector business unit. Scott is involved in connecting cars to smarter cities, addressing the challenges of urbanization through Big Data and the Internet of Things. With INRIX, they have worked with over 1000 blue-chip customers across 50 countries.
Scott Sedlik earned an MBA in Strategic Marketing & Management from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Scott attended the institution from 1992 to 1993.
