Jay DesLauriers is a Teaching Fellow at Imperial College London and a Research Fellow, Lecturer, and Research Associate at the University of Westminster. Jay is also the Co-Founder of Afoodi.io, part of the team building the platform. With a background in various roles such as Information Security Analyst, Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, Catering Manager, and Store Manager, Jay brings a wealth of experience to their current positions. Jay holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education, a Master of Science in Cyber Security & Computer Forensics, and a Master's degree in International Hotel Management.
