Eddy Hoekstra currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Inreda Diabetic, having joined the company in January 2020 and is also a member of the management team. With extensive experience at NTS Norma since January 2003, Eddy holds the position of Quality Manager ASML, overseeing various quality matters related to ASML and participating in the Supplier Account Team. Eddy has previously held roles as Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at NTS Norma, as well as Planning and ERP Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Hitec Power Protection. Beginning the career as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Hanwel B.V., Eddy has played a pivotal role in implementing quality systems and obtaining ISO certifications throughout the career. Eddy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Production Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, along with a Lean SixSigma Black Belt certification.
