Joseph Mancusi, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in the field of electrical engineering, with extensive experience in defense technology and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at InPursuit, LLC USA since December 2011, Joseph supports various Department of Defense customers. Prior to this, Joseph operated as an Independent Consultant, providing expertise on defense technology programs relating to communications, electronic warfare, and airborne and space systems. Joseph held key roles as Vice President of Government Solutions at Narus and Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, among others, including significant contributions at DARPA and MCNC, where notable work was done on special sensing and processing systems. Joseph earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, a Master’s from Penn State University, and a Bachelor’s from Virginia Tech.
