Mike Rankins has over 29 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Senior Production Supervisor at Inpro/Seal LLC since July 2015. Prior to this role, Mike spent 21 years at HNI Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Group Leader and multiple years in leadership programs, including a 6-month Group Leader Program and a 2-year Engineering Program. With a strong background in production supervision, Mike has effectively led various production initiatives throughout their career.
