Kaspars Golts has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2009, they started their career at UPC Broadband as a Junior System Administrator. From there, they transitioned to the role of Junior IP Network Engineer in 2010 and then NMS Engineer in 2012. In 2012, they joined Bright Computing as a Web Developer and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they moved to InPass Internet of Things, where they started as a Full-stack developer. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of CTO at InPass. Currently, Kaspars Golts holds the position of CTO at InPass, with their previous roles spanning from developer to administrator and engineer.

From 2005 to 2008, Kaspars Golts attended Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) where they pursued a degree in Programming. This degree is a Higher Professional Education (HBO) qualification.
