James Mjoli has extensive work experience in the risk consulting and credit risk analysis fields. James began their career in 2006 as a Funding Officer for Public Ordinary Schools at the Gauteng Department of Education. In 2007, they worked as a Credit Researcher at Kredit Inform before joining Experian as a Supervisor, where they worked for seven years. In 2015, James joined Inoxico Pty Ltd as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, and in 2017, they became the Manager for Credit Risk, Content, and Training at the same company. In 2017, they also took on the role of Head of Intelligence at Inoxico Pty Ltd. James'smost recent position at the company is Head of Risk Consulting, which they have been in since September 2018.
James Mjoli started their education journey in 1999 as they attended Springs Boys High, where they pursued Commerce subjects, and completed their Senior Certificate in 2003. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2007, they attended the University of Johannesburg, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounts.
After a gap in their education, James resumed their studies in 2018 and is currently enrolled at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. James is expected to complete their degree in CIMA, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management, in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, James has also obtained a certification in "Overcoming Procrastination" from LinkedIn in May 2019.
