Mihajlo Mladenović has an extensive work experience starting in 2011 as an Insurance Agent at Wiener Städtische osiguranje a.d.o. Beograd / Wiener RE. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Manager, being self-employed. In 2016, they joined Rhea software as a Quality Assurance Tester, where they performed various types of manual testing, tested assistive versions of websites, and mentored new trainees. In 2018, Mihajlo joined Inovatec Systems as a QA Engineer, responsible for creating test cases, performing functional tests, and reporting bugs. Mihajlo then became the Quality Assurance Manager in 2019, and more recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Product Design Analyst at the same company.

Mihajlo Mladenović obtained a Master's Degree in Investments and Securities from the Belgrade banking academy between 2005 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Tax Law/Taxation from the Belgrade business school between 2002 and 2005. Mihajlo's education journey began at the School for Economy and trade Požarevac, where they completed their high school education specializing in Finance, General, from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a Basic Stock Exchange Course certification from the Belgrade Stock Exchange in June 2006.
