Simatic Amber currently serves as the Strategy & Transformation Manager at Inovalon, starting in July 2020, providing administrative assistance and acting as Chief of Staff for the President of the Provider Business Unit. Prior to this role, Simatic worked at Kohl's from February 2018 to July 2020 as an Executive Suite Admin and Manager of the Admin Team, assisting top executives. Additional experience includes positions as an Executive Assistant at Brady Corporation, Target, and Gray Plant Mooty, with responsibilities focused on executive support across various departments. Simatic also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Emory University, completed in early 2023.
