Alec provides strategic advice and subject-matter expertise related to conflicts and new business intake. He works on risk-process assessments for clients who are evaluating their current systems and procedures, and he also works within larger software-implementation teams to offer a practical, front-end-user perspective to technical projects.

A lawyer by training, Alec previously held positions in the conflicts function at two Am Law 100 firms and has experience with all aspects of conflicts searching and clearance related to new business and new hires. He first joined InOutsource as a Solutions Consultant and returned to the company in 2021 after spending two years as Conflicts and Business Intake Compliance Counsel at an international law firm.

Alec is a magna cum laude graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he was the Lead Articles Editor of the Temple Law Review.
