Franziska Clifford has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 at the University of Birmingham as a Winterbourne House and Garden employee. In 2015, they worked at Dudley Council in the Archives and Local History Centre and the Planning Offices. In 2017, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the German Saturday School Bristol, a Group Guide at Music for Youth, and a Steward at the University of Bristol. In 2018, they worked as a Student Staff in the Policy and Campaigning/Events Teams and SU Living Room at the University of Bristol Students' Union. In 2020, they were a Student Coordinator (Project Management and Student Support) for Climate Action Bristol at Student Hubs. In 2021, they were a Start-up Accelerator Coordinator at Female Founders. Currently, they are a Retail Sales Manager, Business Development, and Marketing and Sales Intern at inoqo.
Franziska Clifford began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended St. Paul's School for Girls in Edgbaston, Birmingham to complete their GCSEs. Franziska then attended King Edward VI College in Stourbridge from 2015 to 2017, where they achieved their A-Levels. In 2017, Franziska enrolled at the University of Bristol to study German. The following year, they attended the Prague Summer School 2018 to study 'China, A World Superpower: Myth or Reality? 2018'. In 2018, they returned to the University of Bristol to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Politics and International Relations, which they completed in 2021.
