Aniel Mahabier has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Aniel is the Founder of INOP since 2022. Aniel served as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Stichting Medisch Specialistische Zorg (SMSZ) starting from 2023. Aniel has also worked at Diligent Corporation, where they held multiple positions, including Member Of The Board Of Advisors - Diligent Institute, Senior Advisor to CEO, and Member of the Executive Team. Aniel was a member of the Advisory Council at Reward Value and the Advisory Team at ZMH Advisors. Aniel was the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of CGLytics until it was acquired by Diligent Corporation. Prior to that, they worked at ING, Barclays, Hermes Fund Managers, and Fortis Investments in various leadership roles.

Aniel Mahabier attended DeNieuweCommissaris from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
