Rob Razani, CPA, CFF, CFE, MST, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in forensic accounting and taxation. As the Managing Partner and founder of MSN Forensic Solutions since January 2010, Rob specializes in investigative and oversight services related to financial disputes. In addition to this role, Rob co-founded Inolitix, Inc. in February 2017 and serves as a Subject Matter Expert at the Internal Revenue Service, advising on corporate tax issues and training materials. Rob has also held the position of Senior Team Coordinator at the IRS, leading audits of multinational corporations. Since October 2012, Rob has been an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Northridge, teaching graduate and upper division courses in taxation and accounting. Rob's educational background includes a Master of Science in Taxation from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University.
