Maciej Kuźmicz currently serves as the CEO and co-owner of inn|tu since March 2016, focusing on transforming communication activities into value for organizations. Maciej has held a Board Member position at Rugby Club Lechia Gdańsk from June 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included supervising marketing policy and day-to-day management. Previous roles include Marketing and Communications Manager for the club, where Maciej secured two "Złote Spinacze" awards, and Studio Partner at Kacper Kowalski Photography, overseeing promotion strategies and project management. During a tenure at ERGO Hestia from July 2011 to February 2016, Maciej was instrumental in developing internal and external communication strategies. Earlier experience includes roles at THINKTANK Magazine, Global Development Research Group, and Gazeta Wyborcza, focusing on journalism and economic reporting. Maciej pursued a Ph.D. in development economics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and has an MSc in International Relations from the same institution.
