Adam Bakowski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Adam currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Innowacyjna Platforma Handlu. Prior to this, starting from 2017 until 2023, they held the position of CEO at Telematics Technologies sp. z o.o. Adam was also the CEO at Naviexpert from 2012 to 2017. One of their notable roles was as the Director of Video and Entertainment at Grupa Onet.pl SA, where they were responsible for various activities and services related to video, entertainment, and lifestyle. Adam has also held positions such as Chief Operating Officer responsible for Onet VOD, New Business Development Director, Senior Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager, and Service Manager at Grupa Onet.pl SA. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Senior Specialist at Telekomunikacja Polska SA from 2001 to 2006.

Adam Bakowski has a Bachelor's degree in Logistic plus Banking&Finance from the University of Gdansk, which they obtained from 1991 to 1996. In 2000 to 2001, they attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. In 2010, they studied at the ICAN Institute's Academy of Strategic Leadership for a brief period. Currently, they are pursuing Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School and is expected to complete the program in 2020.
