Laurie Ensz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Laurie is the current owner of Pepperberries, a company they started in 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a software specialist at Innovative Systems LLC in 2018. From 2011 to 2018, Laurie was a partner at Prairie Vista Inn. Laurie also worked at CHR Solutions, starting as a regional account executive in 2010 and later becoming a senior business analyst, senior product specialist, and regional account executive. Before that, Laurie worked at Martin Group from 1983 to 2010, holding various positions such as client relationship manager, software development program manager, software development project manager/release manager, and software support specialist/team lead. Additionally, Laurie has experience as the owner of Pepperberries Antiques from 1999 to 2009.

Laurie Ensz's education history starts with their high school diploma from Marion High School. Laurie later pursued a diploma in Electronics from Mitchell Technical School, attending from 1980 to 1982. Following that, Laurie enrolled in Dakota State University from 1982 to 1983, where they completed an Associates of Applied Science (A.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
