Jeremy Michau has worked at a variety of companies since 2010. Jeremy began their career as an Ouvreur at the Théâtre de Longjumeau, then moved on to become an Equipier d'étage et lieux publics at Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel. In 2012, they took a job as Room Service at Four Seasons George V, followed by Operational Instructor manager, Cost Control, Human Ressources at School Restaurant In Shanghai in 2013. In 2014, they became Responsable Marketing BtoB at Groupe Le Duff, and in 2016 they took a position as Chef de Projet - Direction de la Performance at Compass Group. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Newrest in various roles, including Chef de Secteur, Directeur d'exploitation, Directeur d'exploitation Rungis, and Superviseur des opérations retail. In 2021, they became Responsable du développement at VITALREST, and in 2022 they began working at Innovorder as Operations Manager and Chef de projet - Customer success manager, as well as a Consultant at Interface.
Jeremy Michau received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Hotel and Restaurant Management, Lodging and F&B Industry from Ecole Supérieure Internationale de Savignac between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Hotel and Restaurant Management, Lodging and F&B Industry from Institut Paul Bocuse between 2011 and 2014. Jeremy also obtained a Licence Professionnelle Hôtellerie et Tourisme, Management International de l'Hôtellerie et de la Re from IAE Lyon 3 Jean Moulin between 2011 and 2014. In 2017 and 2018, they completed a Graduate Program at Newrest. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Council for Six Sigma Certification in April 2018, and a Certificate of "Wine knowledge and tasting techniques" from the Wine University of Suze La Rousse in March 2013.
