Jason McMillan has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Jason served as the President of Innovise Business Consultants, an independent insurance agency specializing in business consulting for clients in the Construction, Real Estate, and Oil & Gas industries. Jason also worked as the Principal at Surescape. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at Flood and Peterson, a risk management-oriented insurance agency. Jason has also worked as a Producer at COUNTRY ® Financial.

Jason McMillan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the University of Northern Colorado, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
