Saurabh Nagpal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Saurabh currently serves as the Principal at Innovior. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Ventures and Innovation at Monitor Deloitte and as a Strategic Advisor at MLC Life Insurance. Saurabh has also held significant positions at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, where they led the Customer Experience & Omni-Channel function, and at Telstra, where they served as the General Manager of eCommerce, Strategy, Innovation & Commercialisation, and the Telstra Enterprise Program Management Office. Additionally, they played a key role in the launch of Belong Mobile and Belong Internet. Earlier in their career, Saurabh worked at IBM Global Business Services as a Managing Consultant in Business Strategy Consulting and at Vodafone as a Business Technology Partner.

Saurabh Nagpal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School (2004-2006). Saurabh also pursued a course on Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract at Harvard University in 2020. In the same year, they engaged in an Embark program focused on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2020-2021). Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town (1991-1998).
