Christian Haynes has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 1989, they started as a Business & Systems Analysts at Guardian Industries, where they redesigned a legacy DOS based MRP into an OOP Delphi based multi-tiered system and launched a MRP system at multiple international and domestic manufacturing facilities. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as a Development Manager at Guardian Industries, where they created and administered IS policy, developed a barcode and RF scanner system in Navision, and built a website that used XML to interface with external partners. At Ingersoll Rand, from 2004 to 2008, Haynes served as a Navision Analyst and Business Intelligence-Architect, leading the enterprise level strategy team for Dynamics NAV and providing guidance to an international vendor for custom vertical development. From 2008 to 2012, Haynes was with Doosan Infracore as an IT - Dynamics NAV Product Manager and Dealer Management Systems, where they set the global strategy for Dynamics NAV and managed a team of consultants. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Senior NAV Consultant at Insource Technology, followed by a role as a Developer at ArcherPoint from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Haynes became a NAV Product Manager at InterDyn ARTIS, before joining Columbus A/S in 2017 as a Technology Solution Architect. Currently, they are working as a Senior Developer at Innovia Consulting since November 2017. Throughout their career, Haynes has gained international and domestic experience in various countries.
Christian Haynes attended Schoolcraft College from 1988 to 1992, where they studied computer programming. Before attending Schoolcraft College, Christian attended Inter-City from 1985 to 1987, although their field of study is unknown. In terms of certifications, Christian obtained the JetReports Certified Professional certification from JetReports in May 2013, as well as two JetReports Certified Specialist certifications from JetReports in August 2009 and May 2013.
