Vivian Zhang is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Innovent Biologics, Inc. since March 2012. In this role, Vivian oversees all HR functions, including staff planning, hiring, training, employee relations, performance reviews, and corporate culture. Prior to this position, Vivian worked as the Assistant to the Chairman at Shenzhen Selen Science & Technology Co., LTD. from July 2010 to March 2012, where responsibilities included preparing board materials, managing schedules and travel, and handling government relations. Vivian holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Southwest University, attained in 2010.
