Å tefan Bellus has work experience as a Software Developer/Team leader at Innovatrics since January 2018. In this role, they are responsible for creating shippable packages from R&D team biometrics algorithms for various platforms and operating systems. Å tefan ensures the high quality of packages through testing and continuous integration. Å tefan also utilizes package management and groovy libraries, as well as dockers for Jenkins.

Before working at Innovatrics, Å tefan worked at Frequentis as a Software Developer/Leading Expert/SCRUM Master from October 2000 to December 2017. As a Scrum Master, they facilitated discussions on backlog refinement and retrospective meetings, and addressed any impediments. Å tefan ensured that all estimated stories were clear and thoroughly discussed by developers. The team they worked with consisted of 2-5 developers.

Å tefan Bellus attended Gymnasium Jura Hronca from 1990 to 1994. It is unknown whether they obtained a degree or studied any particular field during this time. From 1994 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Telecomunications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, earning the degree of Ing. In September 2015, Bellus obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from ScrumAlliance.
