Brent Soper serves as the Western Canada Operations Manager at Innovator Industrial Services Inc. since November 2009, overseeing multiple projects and turnarounds, and acting as a project manager for local multi-service turnarounds. Prior to this role, Brent was a Field Technician at both STATS Group and Innovator Industrial Services, where proficiency in various specialty services was developed, alongside expertise as a Red Seal Journeyman Machinist. Brent began the career as a Machinist Apprentice at McCoy Corporation, gaining experience in the repair and fabrication of hydraulic systems. Educational qualifications include attendance at MacEwan University and NAIT, supplemented by continuous training through Dale Carnegie.
