Steve Geske possesses extensive experience in customer support and technical roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Support Engineer at Innovative Technology Ltd since October 2012, Steve has progressed through various positions in the company, including Customer Support Engineer, Customer Support Technician, and Repair Technician. Prior to this, from August 2008 to September 2012, Steve worked at AVC Audio-Video-Communication Service GmbH as an Informationselektroniker, following an apprenticeship in the same field. Steve also pursued studies in Business Administration at Berufsakademie Hamburg gGmbH from October 2008 to June 2012, although this program was completed without a formal qualification.
