Prof. Dr. Stephan Friedrich von den Eichen (SFvdE) serves as the Managing Partner of Innovative Management Partner (IMP) since 2010, where Prof. Dr. Stephan holds the position of Sprecher der Geschäftsführung. In addition, SFvdE has been a Honorarprofessur für BWL specializing in organizational, management, and business model innovation at Universität Bremen since 2014. Prior experience includes positions as Partner and member of the management board at Malik MZSG from 2006 to 2009, and as Partner and head of the "Strategy & Organisation" division at Arthur D. Little from 2003 to 2006. SFvdE's educational background spans several esteemed institutions, including the University of California, Berkeley, the University of St.Gallen, Universität Innsbruck, University of Mannheim, and Universität Karlsruhe.
