James Richards is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background in overseeing various projects within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Area Construction Manager at Innovative Construction Group since February 2023, James has previously held senior positions such as Senior Project Manager at B H Management and Project Manager at H. J. High Construction Company. Notably, James managed multiple Senior Living projects in Florida while at NexCore Group and played a significant role as Vice President of Construction Services at Draper and Kramer, Incorporated.
