Michel Evouna has worked in various roles since 2013. Michel began their career as a Stagiaire Réseaux et Télécom for the Central African Backbone Project. In 2015, they joined Vipp Interstis, where they held roles such as Chef de Pôle Dialing & Data Management - Zone Afrique, Senior Dialing & Data Manager, Data and Dialer Manager, Technical Sales Support Specialist, Information Technology Network Support, Telesales Specialist, Telesales Agent, and Stagiaire Télevente- Téleconseil. In 2017, they founded Innovatis Technologies Inc, where they are currently the Founder & CEO.

Michel Evouna began their educational journey in 2009, when they earned a Diploma of Engineering from the Instituit Africain d'Informatique, with a focus on computer technology and computer systems. Michel then continued their studies at the Faculés des Sciences UYI, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, Michel Evouna attended MIT University de Dakar, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science, with a focus on information security and system security.
