Heidi Wilde is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in grant management and public health budgeting. Currently serving as the Director of Grants Finance Management at Innovations for Poverty Action, Heidi leads a team overseeing financial reporting and budgeting for $45 million in grants across over 13 countries. Prior to this role, Heidi was a Senior Operations Officer at Open Society Foundations, managing a $40 million public health budget and supervising a team of 55. Experience also includes serving as Grants Manager at Helen Keller International, where Heidi managed finance for multi-million dollar USAID projects, and as a Training Specialist at FHI 360, focusing on financial management training in Somalia. Earlier positions include roles at FORAS, Moody's Investors Service, the U.S. Department of State, FCS GROUP, and Lehman Brothers. Heidi holds a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University, a Bachelor's in International/Global Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Certificate in Accounting from the City University of New York.
