Rupam is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at InnovationM since March 2023, Rupam previously held the position of HR Recruiter at Virtusa from March 2022 to March 2023, where end-to-end recruitment was a primary responsibility. Prior to that, Rupam worked as a Human Resources Executive at HiyaMee from August 2021 to March 2022, also focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes. Rupam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Central High School and a Master of Business Administration in the same field from Ranchi University.
