Damon Claus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, sales, and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Program Manager for Hardware at Innovation Works, Damon oversees programming management within the alphalab gear and Robotics Factory accelerators. As a Co-Founder, Secretary, and Treasurer of carter joey, Damon successfully developed and launched over 25 product SKUs, securing partnerships with major retailers and cultural attractions. Damon founded and led CASTUS, a global consulting firm, achieving over $6 million in total revenue. Previous roles at 4moms included Vice President of Sales and International Sales, where significant revenue increases and market expansion were achieved. Damon's career began at v6 MUSIC + POST, where successful client relationship management and business development initiatives were implemented. Damon holds a BA in Mass Media Communication from Virginia Tech.
