Idas Levato is an experienced operations and business development professional currently serving as the Manager of Operations & Programs and Investor Relations at Innovation Factory since April 2024, focusing on supporting diverse, ecological, and impact founders and investors. As the Founder of WERKTO, an organization that uplifts women in business and investing, Idas has been instrumental in building strong relationships within entrepreneurial ecosystems since June 2016. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Haltech Regional Innovation Centre, Chief Operating Officer at EmpowerHealth, and Business Development Manager at Angel Investors Ontario, among others. Idas is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, consistently empowering innovative companies and mentoring early-stage startups. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and various project management and team leadership courses.
