Uranik B. serves as the Director for the CEE Region at Plug and Play Tech Center since January 2023, leading initiatives to promote open innovation. In addition, Uranik is an Executive Board Member at Innovation Centre Kosovo, transitioning from the role of Executive Director after 11 years of contributing to the nexus of research and business for job creation. Uranik holds advising roles in various organizations, including Zvilo and dua.com, and mentors startups through the EBRD's Star Venture Programme. Uranik has been involved with Jakova Innovation Centre and has held leadership positions in community-driven initiatives such as Startup Europe Week and NASA International Space Apps Challenge. Educational credentials include a Nonprofit Leadership Executive Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School and multiple degrees in Business and Management fields.
