Chip Wilson is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in property management, investments, and consulting. Currently serving as an Affiliate Partner with Homes for Heroes® since July 2022, Chip also operates as Broker-In-Charge and Owner of HouseWins Investments, focusing on a full-service brokerage model. With experience as a Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina at INNOVATE Real Estate and having previously worked with Fathom Realty and Garibaldi Realty, Chip brings a wealth of knowledge to residential real estate, specializing in foreclosure alternatives and renovation financing. Earlier in their career, Chip was a staff writer and editor for Charlotte Observer and reported for Tampa Tribune, complemented by a journalism degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and additional real estate education.
