Jenny Herring is an experienced IT/GIS Manager at Innovate!, overseeing a team focused on GIS projects for environmental applications since March 2016. Jenny has expertise in the design, development, and maintenance of geospatial applications and serves as a Scrum Master for various projects. Prior roles include GIS Analyst/Developer at a U.S. organization, GIS Specialist at North Carolina Sea Grant, Graduate Teaching Assistant at NC State University, and NASA DEVELOP Participant for environmental feasibility projects. Jenny holds a Master’s Degree in Geographic Information Science and Technology from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
