Rhea Chiong is an experienced Training and Development Coordinator at Innovari since July 2013, responsible for organizing and administering employee and customer training activities, as well as designing and evaluating training curricula. Previously, Rhea managed daily operations of a 24x7 Network Operations Center, handling escalations and providing multi-level support. Rhea's early career includes a role as a Linux/ESX Validation Technician at Intel Labs, focusing on validation testing for networking adapters, and as a Network Analyst II at Colo5, LLC, where customer escalations and network engineering support were primary responsibilities. Rhea holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Animation from The Art Institutes, earned from 1997 to 1999.
