Eleonora Biondo has diverse work experience across various industries and roles.
Eleonora began their career as a Market Research Intern at RFR International, where they gained project management skills and explored market research methodologies. Eleonora then joined YouGov as a Graduate Researcher, rotating across different business areas and working on projects in industries such as banking, insurance, governmental bodies, charities, and FMCG.
After that, Eleonora took a sabbatical to travel through South East Asia, gaining valuable life experiences and learning to adapt to different situations and travel styles.
Eleonora then worked as a Category Manager at Naturitas, where they launched the company on the Italian market and handled tasks ranging from account management to marketing and purchasing. Eleonora focused on defining product and category strategies, curating product selection, fostering positive relationships with accounts, and analyzing market needs.
Following their role at Naturitas, Eleonora served as a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Fondazione Homo Ex Machina, where they organized the 2020 Tecnopia Award and promoted innovation and cross-contamination of ideas among under 18's in Italy.
Eleonora then worked as an E-commerce Merchandising, Pricing & Promotion Specialist at TUI Musement, and later as a Founder & Web Designer at Cogilearn.com, a platform for curated online learning resources.
Eleonora also held the position of Account Manager at Witailer, where they supported Amazon sellers and vendors with sales and advertising strategies. Eleonora successfully managed a significant budget and optimized PPC strategies.
Their most recent role was as the Head of Ecommerce at Adasta Media, where they led ecommerce operations.
Currently, Eleonora is working as an Account Manager and Referente didattica at Innovamat, an edtech startup focused on teaching math to children.

From 2016 to 2017, Eleonora attended IE Business School, where they earned a Master's Degree in Market Research and Consumer Behavior.
Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they studied at John Cabot University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their major was in Communications, and they had double minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship.
In 2014, Eleonora also had a brief period of study at California State University, Long Beach, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications, with double minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship.
Their educational journey began at Liceo Classico G. Meli from 2008 to 2013, where they completed their high school education. The high school they attended specialized in the international Spanish classical curriculum (Liceo classico ad indirizzo internazionale spagnolo).
