Marie Le Mer possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resource development, currently serving as Chargée de Recrutement / Développement RH at INNOVAL since November 2021. Previously, Marie worked at GROUPE PIERREVAL, where responsibilities included managing high-volume recruitment, developing recruitment strategies, and enhancing employer branding. Prior roles encompassed extensive recruitment activities across various sectors at Abaka and Hays, along with HR administrative tasks at ICSEO BUREAU D'ETUDES. Marie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from IGR-IAE Rennes, a Master 1 in Social Law from Université de Rennes I, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same institution.
