Jessica Fleming has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Jessica began their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Design Farm at Studio 405 in 2004. From there, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Punch Communications LLC until 2006. At Barton Cotton, they held the role of Senior Designer and later became an Art Director from 2006 to 2012. During this time, they designed direct mail packages, developed corporate branding guidelines, and designed marketing materials. Jessica then worked as a Graphic Designer at Brickmill Marketing Services for a few months in 2009 before transitioning to the role of Art Director at Barton Cotton until 2012. In 2009, they also took on the role of Freelance Designer at Inspired Pear, specializing in custom wedding invitations. In 2012, they joined Innovairre as an Art Director, where they worked with nonprofit organizations and commercial clients in a scientific approach to fundraising. Most recently, they joined Conquest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, & Fitness in 2017 as a Fitness Instructor and Designer, where they create and coaches fitness classes and designs marketing materials. Jessica Fleming earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design from the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Generative AI for Everyone" and "Google UX Design Specialization" from Coursera, "WebFlow101 Certification" from Webflow, "Learning Experience Design: From Ideas to Impact" from NovoEd, as well as "Marketing Fundamentals" and "Online Marketing Fundamentals" from Lynda.com.
