Terri Helpenstell is an experienced HR technology leader currently serving as the Director of HR Technology at InnovAge since December 2021, where responsibilities include leading the HRIS team, managing ADP Workforce Now, and implementing innovative solutions in collaboration with various departments. Prior to InnovAge, Terri held notable positions including Manager of HRIS at Children's Hospital Colorado, Senior Business Project Manager at DSC Resources, Director of HRIS at Zayo Group, and Director of HRIS and Reporting at Sage Hospitality. With a solid foundation in HR technology, gained through a progression of roles at DaVita, Terri has successfully managed system implementations and improvements while enhancing data integrity and operational efficiencies. Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Puget Sound.
