Eric Beasley is an experienced professional in healthcare and business development, currently serving as the Senior Regional Director of Business Development at InnovAge since September 2018. In this role, Eric focuses on providing long-term services, supports, and healthcare to frail elderly individuals through the PACE program, offering an alternative to nursing home placement. Prior to InnovAge, Eric worked as a Clinical Liaison at Centra Health, where collaborative partnerships with acute care hospitals were developed to enhance patient transitions. Eric also served as the Director of Business Development at Kissito Healthcare, delivering strategic improvements for ventilator-dependent skilled nursing services. Earlier in Eric's career, as Operations Manager at Tuck Chiropractic, management of operations budgets and multi-site assets was successfully executed. Eric holds a degree in Leadership and Social Change from Virginia Tech.
