Clayson Willis serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Solution Architecture at Innovaccer since July 2021, where a focus on aligning business strategy with technology vision is emphasized through stakeholder collaboration. Previous roles include Director of Solutions Architecture and Senior BI Sales Consultant at Oracle, where expertise in enterprise architecture and various Oracle technologies was developed from August 2012 to June 2022. Clayson has also worked as an Enterprise Cloud Architect, enabling organizations to utilize cloud technologies for business advancements, and served as a Practice Architect at TEKsystems, advocating for effective IT solutions to meet strategic goals. Clayson holds advanced degrees in Enterprise Architecture from Penn State University and a degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, alongside early education in Automotive Technology.
