Niki Hirst is a seasoned professional in strategic accounts and business development, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Innova Solutions since May 2024. With a substantial background in managing high-level client relationships, Niki held the position of Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts for Collabera Inc. from August 2022 to December 2023. Prior to this, Niki served as Vice President of Client Strategy & Growth and Vice President of Strategic Accounts at The Judge Group from May 2020 to August 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Collabera as Director of Strategic Accounts-West Coast, and various business development positions at Kavaliro, AgreeYa Solutions, Modis, Enclipse, and First NLC. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business Management from San Jose State University.
