Karthik Saraswathi has over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Karthik is currently working as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at INNOVA SOLUTIONS USA since October 2020. Prior to this, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company from February 2019 to September 2020. Before joining INNOVA SOLUTIONS USA, Karthik worked at Ness Technologies as a Senior Executive of Recruitment from November 2012 to November 2016. Karthik also gained experience in recruitment at Marlabs Inc as a Sr. Executive of Recruitment from November 2011 to October 2012. Additionally, Karthik worked at 3Core Systems Inc as a Sr. SAP Recruiter from June 2010 to October 2011, at Zieta Technologies as a Sr. SAP Recruiter from October 2008 to June 2010, and at Levanture Inc as an HR Recruiter from May 2007 to October 2008. Throughout their career, Karthik has demonstrated their ability to recruit for a broad range of positions and has a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Karthik Saraswathi completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University during the period of 2000 to 2003. Later, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR from the same university, completing it from 2005 to 2007.
