Roshan Sawant has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Roshan is currently serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Innova AM Tech, where they work closely with the Segment Head and Sales team of different verticals. Their responsibilities include engaging with OEMs, generating leads, building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals.

Prior to their current role, Roshan worked at AM Technologies for several years in various positions. Roshan served as the Country Manager & BU Head from March 2015 to January 2017, where they implemented effective sales strategies. Before this, they worked as the National Head of Sales & Business Development from January 2012 to March 2015, and as the Business Manager - India from July 2009 to December 2011.

Before joining AM Technologies, Roshan worked at Innova Telecom Pvt. Ltd as the Regional Business Head from June 2008 to June 2009, where they successfully developed both direct and indirect sales for the region. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Sales Manager from January 2007 to April 2008 and as the Assistant Sales Manager from October 2005 to December 2006. During this time, they achieved significant growth in both run rate and large strategic accounts.

Roshan Sawant started their career as a Sales Engineer at Cable Corporation of India from February 2003 to September 2005.

Roshan Sawant completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NYSS Engineering College from 2002 to 2003.
